AN1071 Humidichip RH Stabilizer
Designed specifically for use with Andersen Anprolene and EOGas Sterilizer Systems, this unique device ensures adequate Relative Humidity (RH) within the sterilization bag during the sterilization cycle. Each single-use pre-moistened 2″ x 2″ Humidichip releases up to 4 grams of water vapor. Employ Humidchip with a Humiditube in each sterilization cycle.

AN1072 Humiditube

The AN1072 Humiditube developed to hold the Humidichip during the sterilization cycle, allows air to circulate around the chip – ensuring appropriate Relative Humidity. The Humiditube is reusable.
Note: The EOGas 4 has an alternate method for holding the Humidichip.

AN87 Dosimeter
Time, temperature and EO concentration are essential to successful sterilization. Dosimeter chemical integrators give visual assurance that all these parameters have been fulfilled. Place in the least accessible place in the load for gas to reach (in the core or center of the load).
Dosimeters change color in proportion to the dose of sterilant they contact. View results immediately after sterilization.
The blue line must pass the triangle for the cycle to be considered a success. No laboratory culture is necessary. Use one Dosimeter per cycle. (Not a BI substitute). For use with Andersen Anprolene sterilizers.

AN85 Exposure Indicator

Know at a glance which packs have been processed! The AN85 Exposure Indicator is an FDA-cleared, single-use Class or Type 1 process indicator used to distinguish between processed and unprocessed packaged medical devices ― through a visible color change from yellow-green to blue after exposure to EO. Convenient self-stick backing adheres to paper, cloth or plastic wrapping. Use one label for each item.

AN2203 EZTest Biological Indicator
​
Self-contained Biological Indicators (BI’s) provide sterility assurance for EO cycles. EZTest contains a high population (106) of B. athrophaeus ― sterilization-resistant bacterial spores ― on a filter-paper carrier packaged within a small, thermoplastic culture tube.
Inside the thermoplastic culture tube is a sealed-glass ampoule of specially formulated soybean casein digest culture medium containing a color indicator which turns a dramatic yellow if spores grow. Color change reveals test results after 48 hours incubation at 37°C.

AN5100 Abator Cartridge
​
Andersen abators are a simple, cartridge-based system designed to remove more than 99% of the ethylene oxide emitted from 200 EO ampoules/cartridges.
​
Replaceable 5100 Abator Cartridges employ a dry catalyst resin that converts ethylene oxide to biodegradable organic compounds. For use with Anprolene or EOGas 4 sterilizers.
​
The AN5100 Abator Cartridge is utilized within the AN5100 Abator cabinet (sold separately) which is controlled and monitored through a single wire connection to the sterilizer. Sterilizer will automatically alert the operator when it is nearing time to change the cartridge.

AN5100 EO Abator Cabinet

The AN5100 EO Abator is designed to remove more than 99% of the ethylene oxide emitted from our Anprolene or EOGas 4 sterilizers.
The abator employs a dry catalyst resin that converts ethylene oxide to biodegradable organic compounds.
Our systems are recognized for using a microdose of ethylene oxide and our emissions fall well below all federal guidelines. If you choose to abate, remember we have this option for you.
